It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. SuperEQ is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you need to change your address within 24 hours of placing the order, email us at info@supereq.net immediately.
Note: Orders for customers in Europe and the United States will be shipped via Economy shipping. If you do not respond within 24 hours to a shipping change notification, your order will be shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse by default.

If you cancel an order before it’s shipped, a refund is typically processed within 5–7 business days.
